Using the internet as medium of communication, the wireless remote data logger is connected to a PC/Laptop through USB or RS-232 communication port and sensing wires from a machine are connected to the data logger to send signals to data logger. The data logger after processing these signals displays various electrical parameters of the machine first at local PC/Laptop and simultaneously send these parameters to a remote server. These electrical parameters once stored on the remote server can be accessed through any other PC connected to internet. The access is protected through login password. So only an authorised person can view the data and electrical parameters of a remote machine. Switching operation of remote machine can also be performed through remote PC by entering into the user accoount through login password. Working of Wireless Remote Data Logger:
The working of remote data logger can easily be explained by spliting it into three parts:
1)- Base Unit i.e., the Remote Data Logger itself,
2)- Local PC Interface i.e.. local computer system to which the data logger is connected,
3)- Remote Web Account i.e., remote computer system for remote access of data logger

Installation & Commissioning of Wireless Remote Data Logger:
Our Remote Data Logger comes fully pre-programmed and the user has to do nothing. Just make the connections as explained in the operational manual and start using it. Any maintenance or production engineer/foreman having basic knowledge of electrical systems can easily make the connections of remote data logger with any machine that operates on electricity.
Once the remote data logger is connected & energized, it starts sending signals to PC/Laptop. The various electrical parameters of machine (which is connected to data logger) can be read on the "Local PC Interface" (Local PC Interface can be downloaded free from our website). And if this PC/Laptop is connected to internet, all the acquired parameters are sent to remote server for remote monitoring.

System Voltage - Wireless Remote Data Logger
Remote Data Logger can be used with LT/HT/EHT electrical systems/machines because you can you can give the input voltage at the input terminals directly (90 - 250 VAC) or through a PT. But the values can be read read as full values as - 433V, 11000V, 22000V, 33000V or 66000V.
In the same way any value of current can be read through data logger using suitable CTs. So you can connect a fractinal horse power to 5000 HP or more capacity electric motor (or any electrical machine) with the data logger. But again the values can be read read as full values as - 0 to 7500 Amps or more.
