We will be appointing minimum 4 to a maximum 12 affiliates (business partners) in every country depending upon the demand and size of country.

The affiliate's (business partner) association with softbitonline can be of free or paid, in what ever way an affiliate (business partner) wishes to join.

Affiliates (business partners) shall take care of people who are willing to buy our software products. They will be responsible for all inquiries they get directly from their area or one that is forwarded from softbitonline. Affiliates (business partners) shall be responsible for promoting, generating inquiries, giving demonstration, taking care of the payment part and providing necessary after sales service and support to clients for our various software packages.

2. Joining fee once paid shall not be refunded in any case.
3. Affiliates shall be responsible for promoting, demos, taking orders, getting payments from prospective clients of their area.
4. Order acceptance in any case shall be at the sole discretion of softbitonline.
5. All affiliates (business partners) would be required to place a log of softbitonline on their website home page. It is mandatory.
6. Softbitonline has the right to amend the terms & condtions for affilliate any time without informing to them and those shall be binding to all affiliates uncondtionally. Of course an intimation to all affiliates shall be sent for knowlede and records.
